We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with all the products you have ordered from us. However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do.

• Contact our customer service center by calling us +92 329 6000657 between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday till Saturday or email us images of defected product at : Nagratexx@gmail.com
• Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
• Items purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange.
• No cash refunds, only online store coupons available for out of stock items.
• Once sale starts the final price at the sale will be the final price for exchange.

The Following applies to both Option 1 and 2:

• Exchange within 7 days of the purchase.
• You will receive an online coupon valid for 1 month if the product (replacement) is not available or you want to use it later (no cash refund).
• Item purchased from sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange/return.
• The exchange price of a product will be equal to the price at the time of exchange.
• Customer will be responsible for paying his own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
